Handwoven Ikat is a traditional (very slow labor intensive) process, We have 3 different weaves of a similar motif to choose from where yarn is resist dyed (the pattern is dyed directly onto the threads) before being woven on a loom (a loom is a device used to weave fabric by interlacing sets of threads together), resulting in a distinctive pattern

Our unique fabric design is based on our love of the of geometric shapes in breezeblock’s, of which there are many in Darwin as fences or feature walls - mid century modern!

This Button up Top has been ethically made by small family businesses in Indonesia and the fabric has been woven in a small village in the north west of Bali and fabric print has been designed in Australia
